You can upload it from your phone or computer when you order via our 'upload' button on the product page.
If you want to order but don't have your images ready yet, or if you'd rather not use the upload function, you can email your handwriting images to us separately to customerservice@heartonyourwrist.com. If you'd rather text them to us, please text them to (650) 924-2765.
We can use pretty much any file type you send. We've gotten .jpg, .png, .gif, .pdf, .tiff, .bmp, .ai, .psd, Word docs, email files, and just about anything else you can imagine. If we have questions about your order or your image, we will contact you.
