Can I order if I don't have my handwriting/fingerprint/handprint/artwork images yet?
No problem! If you want to order but don't have your images ready yet, go ahead and place your order and then send your images when you have them. We will hold your order until we receive your images. Please email them to customerservice@heartonyourwrist.com. -
Yes, we archive your handwriting images (and prints images) so if you ever need to order again, you don't need to find & re-upload your images. Just let us know it's a reorder and we will find your image here, even if you don't know your old order number. We also save your order information.

Yes! We archive past images, so we can use them. Just let us know in the order notes that we’ve used the handwriting in a previous order. If you know your past order number, that’s helpful, but not required.

Can I add a gift note to my purchase?
Yes, please add your gift note to the special instructions box of your order. We will print your note on a gift card, and include it in the box. No receipt is included in the box. -
Can you make the necklaces and bracelets longer or shorter than listed on your site?
Yes! We custom make them, so just let us know what length you need in the special instructions of your order, and we can do it. We want to make sure you get something that's perfect for you. -
Do you guarantee your jewelry?
Yes, we have a satisfaction guarantee on all our jewelry, even personalized items. If you are unhappy with your jewelry for any reason, please contact us and we will work with you to make you happy. Your happiness is most important to us! -
Do you include a receipt or gift information if I am sending a gift?
We do not include a receipt in your package. All orders come in a beautiful gift box - if your billing and shipping addresses are different, we will include a gift card in the box saying the gift is from the billing name. Do you provide a mock-up of the jewelry for me to review?
You may request this when you order. By default, we won't provide a mock-up of how your handwriting will look on your jewelry.
