Once our artists finish creating your piece, we hand it off directly to the carrier or the post office.
Occasionally, the USPS won't scan a package at every point. This is not uncommon around the holidays; it's quicker to not scan at every leg but it confuses customers unfortunately!
When scans are skipped, it often appears the package is sitting still, when in reality, it is moving its way toward you and the next scan you see will likely be near you in the next few days.
If your tracking link says "Label Created" or looks stuck for a day or two, it just means it wasn't scanned at the origin Post Office.
If it says, “Shipment received, package acceptance pending”, that means they have scanned the scan sheet to get the packages in the system, but haven't done anything else with them yet.
If your package is taking longer than the estimated delivery window, please contact us so we can help.
