Tracking my package and what USPS statuses mean

To track your package, you can copy and paste your tracking number to https://www.usps.com/, where you can see your package's status and sign up for tracking texts or emails.

Usually, your package is scanned successfully at USPS and you will see detailed tracking of your package along its route, with an estimated delivery date.

If your tracking status says
Accepted
Shipment Received, Package Acceptance Pending
It means that USPS has your package and that it is still en route to you. Occasionally USPS does not scan packages again until they reach your local hub, so the next scan you will see will be near its delivery location. Once it is scanned near you it is usually delivered within the next day or two.

If your tracking status says
Awaiting package
It means that we have printed your shipping label and it is en route to the post office. If that status does not change after 1 day, it means USPS has your package but it was not scanned when received, as can sometimes happen. Once the shipping label is printed, the package is taken to USPS that same day (no exceptions). Therefore the first scan you will likely see will be at your local hub near its delivery location. Once it is scanned near you it is usually delivered within the next day or two.

If your tracking status says
Moving Through Network
This means that your package is still moving through the post office network and is likely between destinations. Check back for subsequent statuses over the next 1-3 days.

If your tracking status says
Arriving Late
This means a delay has occurred to due weather or other unforeseen circumstances at the Post Office. Please be patient while they try to get your package back on track and delivered to you.

If you see other statuses or need further help, please let us know!
